This is an amazing camera mount.  It can be attached to any kind of rod, bar, L-bracket, wood, you name it and the camera can swivel 360 degrees in any direction including up/down.  Fits on anything from 1 inch to 2 inches.  Includes two inserts: 1", 1-1/2", and two different rubber spacer for unusual sized bars.  Also includes the GoPro tripod mount.  Mount itself weighs 7 oz. (200 grams)
